Todd Dizon is a dedicated immigration and family law attorney and co-founder of ABD Legal Services. At the center of his practice, he believes in merging the indigenous Filipino psychology of ginhawa and kapwa with the practice of law. His clients are his 'kapwang' - his neighbor, peer, cousin etc. He has the same collective responsibility, empathy, compassion, bias for success, and respect for his clients as he does for his peers, close friends, and family. 

He is committed to helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate the complexities of U.S. immigration law with clarity, compassion, and strategic insight. With extensive experience across family‑based immigration, humanitarian relief, and removal defense, Todd approaches every case with a deep understanding of both the legal system and the human stories behind it. As a child of immigrants, he understands what is at stake with immigration cases.
